Hi I’m Jamerson Lovett the Directors for Popcorn Kids ABC (BULLY & ABUSE CHARITY)
. We provide an charity for after school programs to educate teens on who they
are and where they will see themselves the following years to come and how to implement fields of interest through their talents and a 24 hour access to a counselor or mentor are among the tools that are offered in our
program. Our charity is a 2 two part charity not only do we help the our youth to discover themselves but we also assist
with some everyday issues like being bullied and abuse by intervening in the childrens path and direction. All children in the
charity organization are in need of food, a safe place to go, guidance and a listening ear . Most times a hands on mentor
to show them the way and not just talk about it. We offer self improvement strategies and athletic
opportunities to propel the kids into becoming stronger and more focus youths. Our charity
organization is expanding due to the overflow response of our charity efforts. Our goal is to
reach $100,000 to provide a facility that has a Release Room and offer Mentoring sessions along
with other activities to offer a stress relief and organized environment where a child or family can
receive vital information to improve their current situations or crisis. We provide enrichment
opportunities for at-risk youth between the ages of 4 - 18 who do not have positive
figures or role models in their home or environment.
In 2022, 24 million children are growing up in America without positive influences in their home. You
probably know at least one that's been bullied or abused. Too many of our youth are growing up trying to
figure out how to become an authentic citizen but some failing miserably. Unfortunately, they're tuning
into social media, TV, movies and going on the internet to find the skills to become a man. This
search for role models is providing a rough parity of volunteers and perpetuating the generational
curse of a bullied and abused society.
Our charity organization has been working to dramatically impact the lives of our youth growing up
without a stable family structure. Besides our school drama club our mentors commit to an ongoing daily
relational mentoring with weekly meetings that consist of going to a park, speaking with a
counselor, seeing a movie, going to an event, playing a sport, going out to eat, taking field
trips, being awarded, homework assistance, career planning etc. We allow a safe space for
our children to open up on issues behind closed doors. These weekly meetings build trust
and allow our mentors to encourage, affirm, coach, and build the confidence of the at-risk
youth and Abused Families. To continue to provide these activities and services and help.
We need your support! We are aiming to insert our Popcorn Kids ABC program into
all of the 50 states one elementary school at a time…… We need your help !!!
